Best Shipping and Returns

We believe that shipping and returns should be as simple as putting on a piece of our jewellery. If you have 
any questions, we do hope this will answer them for you and if there is something else you want to ask, or

Shipping:

Where does Best ship to?

We ship anywhere in South Africa using Primetime Express. If you’re in more of an outlying area (hey, you do you) it may take a little bit longer.


Does Best ship internationally?

Heck yes! We currently ship our jewellery to 13 countries across Europe. Please navigate to our European site to shop!


How much does shipping cost?

The good news is that for all orders above R700, standard delivery is free. For orders less than R700, standard delivery costs R79. If you have to have your Best pieces with you sooner (and who wouldn’t want that?), we can expedite your shipping for an extra R90.


How long does shipping take?

Our standard free delivery takes 2-3 business days, based on where you are. Like we said, outlying areas could take a little longer. If you want overnight shipping, that costs an extra R90. All orders placed before 13:00 will be delivered by the next business day.

Returns:

I want to return my item. What do I do?

Sometimes things don’t go according to plan - that’s life. If you want to return or exchange an item, send an email to returns@ourbestregards.com, tell us what went wrong and we’ll help you return your item.


How long do I have to log a return?

After you’ve received your item(s), you have 30 days to log a return for a refund or an exchange. Please note that shipping charges, gift wrapping, and gift cards are non-refundable - sorry!


When will I receive my refund?

We aim to refund any returned items within 15 days, once they have passed inspection by our returns team. If after this time you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at returns@ourbestregards.com and we’ll help sort it out.


How do I return a faulty item?

On the rare occasion you receive something which is faulty or incorrect, send us a mail at returns@ourbestregards.com with your order number and item name. And if it’s not too much to ask, please include a description and photos of the fault as that would be really helpful for our team. Once we’ve received the piece, we’ll assess it and keep you up to date with the next steps.


Size Guide

We want you to be entirely satisfied with the way your ring fits. That means we need a little help from you before you choose your size.

Step One

Take a piece of string and wrap it around the base of your finger.

Step Two

Using a pen, mark the point on the string where the end meets.

Step Three

Using a ruler, measure this length in mm.

Step Four

Match your measurement to the table below.

Extra Tips

Don’t forget to allow for enough room to get the ring over your knuckle.

Remember that all of your fingers probably have different measurements. Make sure you measure the specific finger you are buying the ring for.

To be 100% sure, measure your finger at the end of the day. That’s when it is most likely to be at its largest.
