There are a few things you need to do to make sure you get the most out of your Best pieces.

Try keep your jewellery away from water. No showering, no swimming and no bathing! If it does get splashed, please dry it.
The same goes for chemical products. Getting soap or perfume on your jewellery is probably not a good idea. We know that washing your hands is important, but rather take your ring off first! And if you want to spray perfume behind your ear, make sure you do it before you put on your earrings.

To avoid oxidation - we reccomend wearing your jewellery as often as possible (and who wouldn’t want to?) as the natural oils of our skin keep them polished. When you’re not wearing your jewellery, we suggest keeping them out in the open and avoiding dark environments. Alternatively, storing it in the sealed plastic bag that it came in. This keeps out the air that causes oxidation so you can keep it looking Best for longer.

If your jewellery feels like it needs a bit of a buff up all you need to do is wipe it softly with a non-abrasive cloth. That’s it!

Over time, if bumped or through general wear, the lock mechanism might loosen. It's an easy solve, carefully adjust the pin up or down. You'll see when it's in the right position it will lock tightly again. If you don't have any luck, reach out to us and we'll help you further!
